Full payment must be made at the time of order completion. Goods will only be sent once payment has cleared.
We aim to deliver all UK orders within 5 working days, and all international orders within 10 working days, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
If you are unhappy with an order placed online for any reason, please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order to confirm the items you wish to return, and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
Once we have confirmed this with you by email, please return the items to:

within 28 days of the date you received your order.
All items must be returned unused and unworn, with all tags and labels attached.
We advise using a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
In order to keep our shop interesting, we hold very limited stock of each item, so we cannot be held responsible if the item you wish to exchange for is no longer available.
Any refunds made will be exclusive of all delivery charges.
Products bought in person at pop up shops, events or at 212 Space are not eligible for refunds unless faulty. Exchanges may be offered at our discretion.
PROVIDE won't sell (or give away) your personal information to anyone, regardless of how much money they offer us. We do not keep any of your credit or debit card details on our systems - this is all handled by our payment processors, PayPal and Stripe who makes sure everything is safe and secure.
PROVIDE is a small business, run by real people who are passionate about everything we sell. We are not Asos, Amazon or Topshop, and we can't always do things like free delivery, free returns, or reply to your emails within ten seconds. We want all our customers to be happy, but please remember there is a good chance that we might be chatting to someone else in-store, or in the pub after hours. Be patient and we'll sort out any issues you have.
