Returns & Exchanges


We hope you are happy with your order first time around, but occasionally something needs fixing. Please read through the information below before contacting us.

I want to swap an item for a different size, or something else of the same value.
Email hello@provideshop.com within 14 days of receiving your delivery, telling us:
1. Your order number
2. Which item(s) you'd like to return
3. What you want to exchange it for

Once we have confirmed your return via email reply, send your item(s) in unworn condition and a note including your order number to:
Returns, Provide, Unit 201 Jubilee Trade Centre, Pershore Street, Birmingham, U.K.
We recommend using a tracked service. If your return gets lost in the post we cannot take any responsibility for it, and you will be sad and out of pocket.

We will post your replacement once we have received your original item.

Please note: we work with small production runs so occasionally we will have run out of the size you want to exchange for. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this - other than recommending that you check the detailed size chart before ordering.

My order arrived damaged / You sent the wrong thing, idiot!
Sorry! No, really, I'm genuinely sorry. Provide is run mostly by one person working full time (hi! 👋 ) and although great care is taken with each order, sometimes mistakes can happen. Please email hello@provideshop.com immediately and tell us your order number and what the problem is, and we'll sort it as soon as we can.

I changed my mind but don't want to swap my item for anything right now.
We will happily issue you with a credit code to use on your next order, which will be valid for 1 year. Alternatively, we can issue you with a refund via the original payment method. Please email hello@provideshop.com within 14 days of receiving your delivery, telling us your order number and whether you would like a credit code or refund, then return the item(s) unworn to: Returns, Provide, Unit 201 Jubilee Trade Centre, Pershore Street, Birmingham, U.K. We will issue your credit or refund once the item has been received.
