Provide started out as (and still very much is!) a DIY, make-it-up-as-you-go-along experiment in making things happen. We often hear of people who have been inspired by the can-do attitude that keeps Provide's wheels turning, and it's always a pleasure sharing the brand's story with people who are on their own creative journeys.

So when Big Shop Friday from Milton Keynes got in touch regarding their new talk series all about 'Starting Something', it was an honour to be invited to speak at the first instalment this Friday, 25th May, alongside Nadine Monem from Common Editions and Ryan Hughes from Coventry Biennial of Contemporary Art.

Big Shop Friday is a really interesting community platform in MK, that has previously taken the form of a pop up shop and cafe, has hosted art exhibitions and seeks to be a source of discussion, collaboration and knowledge sharing. Right up our street!
