Payment

Full payment must be made at the time of order completion. Goods will only be sent once payment has cleared. 

We aim to deliver all UK orders within 7 days, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We aim to deliver all international orders within 4 weeks.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be initiated by you sending us an email within 14 days of receiving your order. Please see our returns procedure here. Brum Boxes are made to order and are not eligible for refunds.

Privacy Policy

Provide won't sell (or give away) your personal information to anyone, regardless of how much money they offer us. We do not keep any of your credit or debit card details on our systems - this is all handled by our payment processors, PayPal and Stripe who makes sure everything is safe and secure. 

Understand

Provide is a small business, run by real people who are passionate about everything we sell. We are not Asos or Amazon, and we can't always do things like free delivery, free returns, or reply to your emails within ten seconds. We want all our customers to be happy, but please remember there is a good chance that we might be chatting to someone else in-store, or in the pub after hours. Be patient and we'll sort out any issues you have.
